MARCH 2021
Our team worked on the temple in Quito installing decorative paint, wallpaper, oxen, and exterior gilding. It was fun to gild the lettering in the front entry and to paint in the stone wall lettering that sits near the street entrance of the temple grounds. We hand painted medallions throughout the temple and added a lot of gold detail to medallion moldings and friezes giving the rooms their finishing touch.

buenos aires, argentina
AUGUST 2019
CT Decorative Finishes restored the Angel Moroni statue that sits atop of the temple in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The statue had been struck by lightening which caused black stripes to spread on the trumpet and face, as well as blackening throughout the entire statue. By the time we were done gilding, the statue looked brand new and shined brighter than ever.

MARCH 2018
The statue of Angel Moroni that was once blackened and corroded is now as bright as fire. CT Decorative Finishes did an extensive restoration to this statue and finished it in 23 karat gold. It was an amazing experience to bring the brightness back to the top of temple and join with the wonderful community and Nigerian King in attendance to watch the Angel be hoisted again to the top. concepción, chile
FEBRUARY 2018
This temple in Concepción is right on the river Bío Bío and has become the delight and talk of the city. The majority of our team are Spanish speakers and enjoyed talking to the locals and explaining the significance of the temple for them. Our project on the temple site consisted of painting and gilding nearly 20 medallions, several friezes, and countless other details. The local contractor, Cosapi Más Errázuriz, was great to work with as well as other locals and people from around the world.
